Returns & Exchanges Policy

To make a return or exchange, please ensure your items meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: All items must be new, unused, with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless due to our error)
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Sale items and gift cards

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  • Step 1: Email us at support@vvary.com to start your return.
  • Step 2: Ship your items back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that if your item does not pass our checks, you will be notified via email, and it will be sent back to you at your cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receiving it. We’ll review the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest method is to:

  1. Return the original item for a refund.
  2. Place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it was approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank. If 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@vvary.com.
