Returns & Exchanges Policy
We care about making your experience with VVARY comfortable at every stage — even if something doesn’t work out. You can return or exchange an item by following a few simple rules.
To request a return or exchange, please make sure your items meet the following requirements:
- Item condition: All items must be new, unused, with original packaging and attached tags.
- Return period: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Products that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless the issue is our fault).
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Sale items and gift cards.
For orders within Ukraine:
If you received your order via Nova Poshta and it didn’t work out — you can use their Easy Return service.
How to return:
- Contact us via Instagram Direct or at support@vvary.com to let us know about the return.
- Open the Nova Poshta app or business portal.
- Go to “My Shipments” → select the parcel → “Manage” → “Easy Return”.
- Choose the reason for return and create a return label.
- Send the item via drop-off point, parcel locker, or by courier.
Important: Easy Return is only available within 14 days of receiving the order. The service may be unavailable if redirection or return was activated, or if the parcel was archived.
Note: If the item doesn’t pass our quality check, we’ll notify you by email. In that case, the product will be sent back to you at your expense.
Exchanges:
Exchanges for a different size or item are possible. We will ship the replacement after receiving the original item.
For international orders:
We also accept returns from abroad.
How to return:
- Contact us via support@vvary.com or Instagram Direct.
- We will provide you with the return address.
- Ship the item back at your own expense.
- Once we receive the package, we’ll process your refund.
The return shipping cost is covered by the customer.
Note: If the item doesn’t pass our quality check, we’ll notify you. The product will be returned to you at your expense.
Exchanges:
The fastest and easiest way to exchange an item:
- Return the original item for a refund.
- Place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether it has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
